Search Terms
When you type a name, county, or other lookup detail into a search box powered by a third-party partner, that request is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Douglas County Released Inmates does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we may keep the name, email address, message text, and any details needed to respond. We do not share contact messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement calls for it.
